Sorry, I received an answer from the agent severl days ago, but forgot to post. Here is his response and contact information. Remember, the listing agent cannot represent your best interests in a real estate transaction. Hire a Buyer's Agent (anyone except the agent listing a home) under a buyers agency agreement to have someone represent you.

The property is located on the south side of Hamlin Lake's South Bayou. The home is across the road from the bayou. A few neighbors keep the grass mowed on a road to the bayou that was never developed. There is a seawall where the neighbors can tie up a fishing boat. This is not a deeded easement from the road to the bayou. It is approximately 40 ft. wide.

The home was listed about 3 weeks ago at $149,500 and was reduced 2 days to $144,500. The home is as clean as a whistle. All homes on Trulia currently for sale will have an MLS number. If you scroll down the page supplied with your question. The MLS number is in the left hand column

MLS/Source ID 181385

The MLS number will also be available somewhere on the page "View Details"

Without additional information, it would be difficult to give you an accurate answer. Based soley on the information provided, if the property is considered CCS (or similar) which in my MLS stands for under contract continue to show then the home is considered actively for sale and agents can show it to buyers.
