Unfortunately the unit your were interested in is no longer on the market however #603 is. This unit is ocean front and listed for $598,900. Unit 402 is also ocean front and listed for $575,000. HOA fees are $575 a month according to the listing and taxes will be based on the amount you pay for the property. So for let's say a purchase price of $575,000 in Cocoa Beach will be estimated at $9,734 without a homestead and $9,311 with.If either of these interest you, let me know and I will happy to show them to you.
