There is never a bad home, only a wrong price. Are you willing to do the updates, staging, .....to make your home saleable and get the price you want? Or do you simply want to sell as is? If so, you need to adjust the price. Having been a Realtor for almost 18 years, I will tell you that a home can sit on the market for a year or more, and then you can get two offers at the same time. Ask the pros, they know this is true.
