Sheila M. Wilkinson-Sanders has been blessed with a vision of helping others realize their real estate dreams; Dreams of entrepreneurship, real estate homeownership or real estate investment.
Through this vision Supreme Manor real estate Services came into existence. It is the goal of Sheila and the company to educate the community on the importance of maintaining good credit and financial stability. As a result of this discipline, Supreme Manor real estate Services can aid anyone in realizing their real estate dreams.
Prior to obtaining her real estate brokers license, Sheila was Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Operations at Bank of America. At her retirement, in June 2002, Sheila was one of only 5 African American female Senior Vice Presidents in the organization.
Although Sheila has been in real estate for about 7 years, she has grown her business and excelled in many areas. Sheila was ranked in the top 1% out al 22613 realtors in Northern Illinois for 2008; An amazing feat in our current economy. She is now the proud owner of 3 companies: Supreme Manor real estate Services has 12 agents located at 1840 West 95th Street in Chicago. Supreme Manor Real Estate Services is a subsidiary of SMS C.A.R.E.S. (Community Advocates for Real life Education and Support). Another subsidiary of SMS C.A.R.E.S. is Supreme Manor Construction Services which provides general contracting services to its clients.
Sheila has been honored for almost 4 years to serve as the Midwest Regional Coordinator for the Homeownership Initiative, which was a cooperative program between Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Chase Home Finance and Genworth Financial. Through this Initiative Sheila has traveled to many parts of the country, carrying out her personal mission and the program’s mission to economically empower the public thru support and education on the establishment and maintenance of good credit and homeownership.
Sheila is a member of Trinity United Church of Christ where she chairs the Teen Dance Ministry - Chinara.
She is the proud mother of Shana Marcellette, a recent honors graduate from HBCU - Hampton University with a double major in Chemistry and Math. She is now a quality control chemist at H20+ and a part-time realtor at Supreme Manor Services. Shontil Marshe’ a Junior at Tennessee State University.
