And a lot of them around this real estate haven are...lazy.Shawn, who helped me, was very professional and definitely an information-driven broker, and works hard for you. He was easily reachable over email or phone; quick to respond. And he drove to me when I couldn't meet him. His mortgage proposals were clear and professionally presented; nothing hidden. Banks are so strict now, probably unnecessarily strict, but he helped me get through that process. He's not pushy at all, although sometimes I wished he pushed me a little harder to get my docs in to him! Overall, I think the place gives you confidence through the process. Friendly. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Works hard to earn your business."
