Trulia unfortunately isn't updated automatically from the MLS. Even if it was, its not the best place to search for a home. Has your agent set you up on Listingbook? Its a free service to you & gives you direct access to the MLS as well as the ability to change criteria, tax info & a host of other things. All agents in the area have access to Listingbook for their clients. Many of my clients LOVE it & I would highly recommend looking at it.
