Burke Drive is in a community here in Shippensburg that is restricted to 55+ adults, commonly known as a senior community. It is also a community where you do not own the land but have a long term lease, so in addition to your house purchase you will you will need to take into account the monthly "lot rent" payment. There are a number of homes available in that community, as well as in other neighborhoods where you would own both house AND the land.
