You missed my point. I'm all for full service agents getting full commissions. That's how I work, and I think it's the best way to sell a home. I just don't think that justifying your services' value based on their price makes sense. That's what "You get what you pay for" says to a home seller. I understand what you're trying to say, but I think it sounds condescending to a home owner.
Two buyers can pay very different amounts for the same style condo in the same building. One didn't get a better condo because he/she paid more. People overpay for things all the time.
