Most lenders send Realtors, (like me), rates and reports regularly -- why not ask several local lending leaders to put you on their mailing list? You'll be amazed at how much information they will provide, how they judge trends, and how a consensus of several sources will give you better confidence that you're making a good decision. Predicting interest rate fluctuations may not be easy or always accurate, but it's probably better than weather forecasting in a Kansas spring!
