He took the time to explain different questions I had and treated me like a person not just another sale. I found him to be honest and able to get in touch with very easily. "Jim Weichert August 19, 2008 1625 Rte 10 Morris Plains, NJ 07950 Dear Jim, I would like to thank you for employing such honest hard working and dedicated employees. First I would like to give you a little background of a very traumatic experience with a Prudential Patt White realtor and also Keller Williams, my wife and I had an agreement of sale and we were to have settlement April 18th. My wife and I were lied to by Prudential our listing agent and also a Keller Williams agent right up to April 18th which ultimately led to our settlement never being completed. We moved our family out of our home 7074 Hunt Drive in Macungie, PA on April 17th and had rented a home in Warminster. Vital information was withheld from us, from both realtors. Enough said about dishonest realtors, Sean LaSalle from your Allentown PA office has been a god sent to us. After my wife and I fired Prudential Patt, White realtors we interviewed three new real estate companies to get our home sold fast, because we had entered into other financial obligations which we could not afford both. Out of the three interviews we conducted, Sean was the most prepared, organized and professional; Sean explained your entire company and benefits to us which led us to sign our listing contract with Weichert. Everything Sean promised to do was followed through in a professional and courteous manner with time being of the essence. As the housing market had been and still is changing we had no choice but to sell our home at a loss which was a “short sale”. This type of sale had to be approved by our mortgage company, and you need to know that Sean LaSalle our listing broker and the buyer’s agent, also from your company have worked extremely hard to make settlement a reality. Sean was on the phone for hours at a time getting passed from one person to another, trying to get answers and the approval of the short sale. Sean constantly kept me informed of the progress and not once did he ever say, you know I am not getting paid enough for this, unlike Prudential Patt, White they told me several times that the Keller Williams agent was making more off of my original deal than they were, which was to close on April 18th, you have got professionals on your side and you should be proud to have these dedicated people representing your company. Sean proved to my wife and I that he was not only professional, but he was also very compassionate and he understood how important it was to Jill and me to close on the property as quickly as possible. Well after many hours of dealing with my mortgage company Sean got the approval and we closed on July 18th. Once again I would like to thank you for employing these individuals, Sean is a definite rare individual which is extremely hard to find, he has the knowledge, professionalism, determination, and compassion to accomplish amazing results.
