My buyer clients who are not committing to purchasing right now are telling me that their number one fear is that home prices will continue to fall and they may have to move in a few years. Being up-side-down in a home is hurting a lot of folks right now and others fear it could happen to them too. Let's hope that we have seen the bottom in our market.
