There has been defective drywall in this development. The biggest concern with defective drywall is that insurance companies will not provide coverage unless it is replaced and the home or unit remediated. Some buildings could be excluded from coverage once it is found.
There are so many wonderful communities that have been built before the "defective" drywall entered into the picture that you may want to look at all your options.
