I had some clients that experienced this same senario and what we did here was do a lease to purchase on their current home. Your income and debt ratio will determine your ability to buy another one. If the one you just bought sells right away then you shouldn't have any problems buying again unless your time on the job is a factor. My guess is that if you work with a local lender that can do "in-house" financing that (time on job) shouldn't even be a factor.
