"If you need a house inspector, CALL Domicile Consulting!!!! We've used Ross for 2 house inspections now and both times he has done a superb job! You can't ask for better service! Originally, we made the mistake of using a different inspection company and ended up receiving terrible service. The guy refused to do a complete walk through and inspect entire perimeter of the attic or the crawl space. He told us that he had a very large house to inspect prior to ours so he was tired and didn't have the energy to do it. WTF? What am I paying you for...a half a$$ job??? On top of that, his report was difficult to read and understand with all the spelling errors and he used a lot of his industry terminology...which was pig Latin for us common folks. Basically, we were very frustrated and disgruntled!!! Now, this is NOT how you should be feeling when you're about embark upon the largest investment you'll make in your life! At the end, the deal fell through and we were onto the next house. Our realtor referred us to Domicile Consulting when we were ready to inspect house #2. There was absolutely NO comparison between Ross and the other inspector!!! Not only did Ross inspected every square inch of the house, but he wrote up a report that was over 40 pages with pictures and explained everything in layman's terms!!! Thanks to Ross, after reading the report, we knew and understood enough of all the issues with the house that we ended up backing out of the deal. He probably saved us from buying a big fat lemon of a house! We just used Ross again to inspect house #3 this past week. Again, he did an impeccable job. He took the time to look over and turn on EVERYTHING! That's a lot of time when you're inspecting a house that's almost 3,000 square feet! He found things that I wouldn't have found with a microscope! Again, he sent over a fantastically written mini-novel (a.k.a. inspection report) with even more fantastic pictures to illustrate his findings. Also, if you ask him, he will send you a list of very reputable referrals such as contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. We plan on using all of his referrals as well! Yes, we are going forward with the purchase of this house. But IF for some crazy a$$ reason that this house falls through...guess who we'll be using to inspect house #4? You guessed it! Domicile Consulting!Remember, purchasing a house, condo, townhouse, barn or where you plan on living in; this is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your life! Don't trust the inspection of your house with any Joe Schmo! Call Domicile Consulting! Give yourself the peace of mind you deserve! Trust me, buying a property is stressful enough; eliminate one of those stresses and hire an inspector that you can trust and count on! I am so pleased with the service that if I could, I would shout it from the roof tops!!! Thanks Ross for a fanstastic job!!!!"
