"Steve and Heather Ostrom were wonderful to work with. My rental property was in need of a face lift and some TLC when I decided to put it on the market. Heather helped me figure out what needed to be done to make the house marketable without spending an arm and a leg. Then she worked her majic on the photos and flyer. Additionally, both Steve and Heather helped with little things to make the house more presentable - like putting in a light fixture and putting hoses away. Steve was awesome in getting traffic through the house and making sure that each offer was thoroughly reviewed with me - helping me each step of the way. Since my deal included a 1031 exchange, Steve also had to be mindful of my tax consequences to each item in escrow. Ultimately my property sold in about 3 months - not bad considering a tough market. "You're Good To Go If You Choose Steve-O: My husband and I chose Steve Ostrom as our realtor for the purchase of our first home.
