Rosemary Brooks answered:
I consider you lucky that the agent backed out instead of acting like he was doing and going to do a great job for you and all the time he knew he could not. That agreement can be revoke by either you or the agent. I mean the timing may not have been the best but at least he is giving you the opportunity to now go out and find yourself an agent that is willing to work with you on your short sale.

Short sale submission and negotiating is not for every agent. Find yourself another agent that can educate and empower you with the situation and will always keep you in the loop and will get the job done.

Never be upset if someone that is working for you decides they cannot do the job --- especially if you have not paid them to do the job. Honestly is key.

If you need an agent.. call The Mother and Daughter Realty Team. 866-543-0461. We have short sale workships that will educate you on the process and we keep you in the loop.
