What size unit (in terms of sq. footage & no of bedrooms & baths) are you looking for? Do you have any particular amenities on your "wish list" or specific needs in mind? Are you looking for a flat or a 2 story? These are all questions I would like to discuss with you so that I could point you to specific properties. Since you mention Penllyn I assume you've looked at Georgetown, which is right in your price range. There are other properties nearby that fit your budget as well. I see you are from Florida.
