Rob Purifoy answered:
If you list leases you can do okay and to do that I'd get with a prop. mgmt. co. Listing leases is the better place to be rather than to try to chase lease tenant business in my opinion. One thing to consider for new agents, you could do 10 leases and mess with 10 clients at $500 each of commission, or you could sell one $170K home to one client for the same commission. I know where I'd rather be. I also know that the gas and time spent with one client is immensly less than running for 10. I've worked with, and do work with lease property, but you have to be smart about it as well, this is a business decision. Just my two pennies. - Tue Jun 16 2009, 15:22
