Such an agreement should be written by an attorney.
Two reasons:
1) The CAR forms mentioned below are for use in connection with a Purchase agreement or other Contract. the Right of First refusal, if not connected with any other contract, is a separtare stand-alone contract and there is no form specific to this.
2) A Purchase Agreement for sale of real estate is a contract and as such should be written by competent legal counsel. A Real Estate License DOES NOT qualify us to write contracts-it qualifies us to negotiate them and receive compensation for such.
