You simply need an agent to write up a purchase agreement for the property. It is showing available according to the mls system. This property is shown as being a bank repo and is being sold as-is. it can be bought with cash or a conventional loan only (no government financing). It has been on the market for a long time. It started out with the current listing agent for $65,000 back in February and has been slowly reduced to the current asking price of $29,900. (It had been on the market back in January through Feb. of 2008 for $78500). I would be happy to meet you and show you the home and to write a contract for you if it's the property that you want if you don't currently have a realtor.
