Our mls does reflect homes as resale or new construction. If you had been looking at an mls sheet, that's how they're referred. As already answered, it means no more than that the home has been lived in prior and is now being sold again. Our listing sheets are somewhat vague and yet confusing. They refer to homes as having Full Size Lot and many times buyer's automatically assume that it means they have huge yards when in reality it is just referring to the home being situated on it's own lot. There are many terms and abreviations that are common to the realtors and not really spelled out well for the public to understand.
