Robin Faison is a licensed loan officer specializing in Reverse Mortgages or the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM). Robin is an ardent advocate of the reverse mortgage and is committed to all consumers to educate and inform of the advantages and the varied applications that these loans can offer.
Robin has a Master of Arts degree in Community Health Education and Medieval and Renaissance Art History and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Art from the University of Texas. Also, obtaining the accreditation of Certified Senior Advisor and currently working on her Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional status.
She has worked and taught in variety of community settings. She has taught art history at Dyersburg Community College in Tennessee.
Over the course of her education and career, she has been drawn to the mature population and the issues surrounding aging. She is an active volunteer with the Arizona Attorney General office. In this capacity she counsels those through the complaint process within the office and teaches about consumer fraud and the financial exploitation of the elderly.
Her obligation is to better serve all of our community with offering different types of professional resources and education through seminars and classes offering a Reverse Mortgage for Purchase class accredited through the Arizona Department of Real Estate sponsored by the Real Estate Academy of Learning.
She networks by reaching out to those committed to the same high professional ethics and standards. This is an ongoing effort to stay abreast with the changing needs of our clients and colleagues as the market economics, culture and personal and professional environments change.
