Robert Byrne is an accomplished real estate professional who has excelled in various facets of the industry for over 20 years as a broker, manager, business owner, trainer, coach and consultant; but his passion for the field developed years before that thanks to his family in the business.
A native of Boston and graduate of Nichols College in Dudley, Mass. with a B.S. in Public Administration, Robert first honed his natural sales skills at Globe Ticket & Label in Dallas was transferred to Houston to open a sales office, then transferred to Seattle where he ventured into real estate. He started as an agent at Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, then quickly assumed added responsibility as a high-profile manager, recruiter and trainer. Ten years later, Robert opened and ran his own brokerage, CENTURY 21 The Alexanders back East in Needham, Mass., handling all aspects of the thriving business that grossed in excess of $2.5 million in average annual revenue. He also forged a strong name for himself serving various industry-related positions, among them regional representative of real estate business owners, member of franchise relations and business development committees, and Eastern Massachusetts Brokers Council President.
Most recently, Robert was a founding partner and director of training for CENTURY 21 Commonwealth in Boston, the largest CENTURY 21 franchise company in New England, and the third largest real estate company in Massachusetts. His vast experience in everything from the nuts and bolts of real estate transactions and negotiations to running and marketing brokerages to mergers and acquisitions today fuel his mission to help other companies succeed in growing their small businesses. Robert’s broad insight and proven achievements arms him not only with a distinct edge and unparalleled knowledge, but incomparable effectiveness in inspiring, motivating and mentoring brokers and agents. He is an expert counselor and problem solver with a deep understanding of the inner workings and future direction of the real estate business, who capably works with companies nationwide to put them on the path to success.
I have been associated with or actively involved in the real estate business as a property owner, buyer, seller, agent, manager, trainer, coach, office & company owner for over twenty years. As a home owner I have renovated, bought new existing and built from the ground up. I have a deep respect for those agents who truely place client interest before self interest. I beleive that those who are invested in their homes are better neighbors and create strong neighborhoods.
