Yes, we were impressed when Pam and Bob went away on an earlier vacation, but still maintained their usual standard of incredibly prompt response to concerns, questions, and oversight throughout their New England vacation. Later, that same professionalism came to the forefront again during the aftermath of hurricane Sandy. Both Pam and Bob worked professionally and personally with the owner, legal teams, other agent and buyer in an unprecedented situation, where the property was totally undamaged but was surrounded by tremendous, outside challenges that left the local area and much of the state in an emergency management situation. The owners were able to proceed with their original departure plans, and Pam and Bob kept in constant communication. Pam and Bob worked with the owner's contractor to provide personal, protective oversight of the property, and Pam and Bob also worked with the business team to adapt hurricane-impacted situations. Within days of the hurricane's departure, a smooth, professional closing was executed.
