Hi Lisa, I just checked the Dubuque MLS and it appears that the home is still available for rent at $1075 per month. It is also listed as being available for purchase, listed at $169,900. I've personally been in the home - showed it to a prospective buyer a couple of months ago. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, no through traffic. If interested, I'd be more than happy to schedule a time for you to see the home...
