"My husband and I had been considering moving to Marion for about a year, and finally one Sunday afternoon we decided to drive over to look at the open houses since we didn't know any of the realtors in the area. We met Rita Fong at one of the open houses that Re/Max had listed. She was the only realtor we saw out that day AND she was out working with an injured leg. It didn't take long for us to develop a connection with her. This was our first home purchase and we were very nervous, but Rita quickly put us at ease. She was SO kind and approachable. With her injured leg, she led us to house after house that very day! We didn't find the house we wanted that day, so Rita said she would research other listings & email them to us. She sent the email before bedtime that night. It was amazing to me how she deciphered through all the listings in Marion, and after only spending one afternoon with us and she knew EXACTLY what we would and wouldn't like. By the end of the same week, we had arranged a day to tour more houses. We found the house we wanted and 30 days later we closed! She made what most people describe as a stressful situation go as smooth as butter! She was eager to answer all of our questions, and there are many! There were some days that I called her so many times & she was so sweet each time. My family & I are eternally grateful that we met her that day! It has been three months since we moved into our home and Rita continues to check in with us to make sure we are still happy! I'm glad that she does because I actually missed getting to talk to her after closing! I knew that we would find a new home, but I didn't expect to find a new friend. THANK YOU, RITA FONG! "We were recently transferred to Ark, from Northwest Indiana, we had no friends or family to help us make a decision on what would be the best city for our family to relocate. Marion was one of the locations that we had targeted, I found the Marion Re/Max website and contacted one of their agents Rita Fong. Immediately I felt that Rita was knowledgeable of the area and willing to put forth the effort to make sure Marion was the right choice for us. Her professionalism and organization was evident from the start. Rita listened to what our family needs were and put together all the informations we needed to begin our house search. Rita took the time to make sure we first felt comfortable with the town and never put any pressure on us to make any decisions we were not ready to.
