Born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ, I am now a converted Kentuckian after relocating to Louisville for a new career after 15 years of service in the Army. I love the city of Louisville, from its blossoming downtown area to its quaint neighborhoods, and want to explore every nook and cranny of the Derby City with you to help you find your home.

Marc definitely doesn't have a cut and dry question. I went to the IRS site to try and get some clarification but it all depends on how you read the tax code and that is the realm of attorneys and the IRS itself not a real estate agent.
