Our office, Tomlinson Sandpoint Sothebys Intl Realty, has been representing the Seller on this property. It has just been repossessed by the bank and will likely be coming back on the market as an REO foreclosure sale.
Really cool house but I think it was too much house for the property. I showed it a couple of times and my people just did not like the land that it sat on. Not alot of trees or views, pretty flat. In this area there are so many beautiful parcels of land avaialable for great prices that it just didn't appeal to everyone.
If you are interested in seeing other homes in this price range, some of which are really quite amazing for the price, let me know.
