Rick utilizes multiple methods of online advertising for his listings, and connects with clients using Twitter and Facebook, at the same time growing his real estate social media sphere. Sellers can expect a bi-monthly update of their homes marketing progress and post-showing feedback from potential buyers and showing agents.

As a Buyer’s Agent, he thrives on helping buyers find homes that will bring long-term happiness and satisfaction. His uncanny ability to listen to a client’s requirements makes it a win-win situation in every transaction. Rick is constantly urging his buyers to take their time in selecting a property to ensure they think through all the variables such as location, school attendance zones, and of course the purchase price. Rick also works with several lenders that can pre-qualify clients before the home search even begins. Before becoming a full-time REALTOR® and joining the professionals at Global Realty Group, Rick completed a successful 26-year career in the USAF. His experience as an AWACS Weapons Director and HQ-level Functional Manager directly contribute to his meticulous attention to detail and his “can do” attitude. Rick chose real estate as his new career because he wanted to work with individuals and families. He still relates to excitement of a first-time homebuyer as well as the euphoria of selling a home.
