Rick grew up in Wisnton-Salem, N.C. and graduated with honors from Forsyth Country Day School and went on to attend Washington & Lee University, from 1989-1993, with a major course of study in Economics. Rick's father, Dr. James L. Scherer, moved the family to Tampa in 1989 to found Tower Diagnostics, which today is still Tampa Bay's leader in radiology and nuclear imaging. Since 1989, Rick has lived in many of South Tampa's neighborhoods such as Culbreath Isles, Beach Park, Hyde Park and is currently a proud resident of Davis Islands.
Kevin Reder has been a Tampa resident for over 27 years. Kevin attended Tampa schools Chamberlain High School as well as the Academy of Design & Technology. Kevin is a proud resident of Davis Islands and supports local organizations such as the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, The Tampa Theatre, The Red Cross, The Humane Society and Bayshore Little League. Kevin also belongs to organizations such as the David Islands Chamber of Commerce, the Davis Islands Civic Association, The National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and the Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection. Kevin's father, Randall Reder has been a prominent Real Estate Attorney in Tampa for over 20 years and has more than seven years of Supreme Court experience and is an invaluable resource to Kevin and his clients.
