Rick joined the Realtor ranks in 2005, just when everyone was starting to leave because of the down turn in the Real Estate Market. People thought he was crazy for becoming a Realtor during the worst downward trend in Real Estate history, however, it was just the opposite. Anyone can sell a house in a seller’s market, however, to sell a house in a buyer’s market means learning the trade and that is what has made Rick a successful Realtor during these hard times. Rick continues to educate himself and to keep abreast of the Market trends by attending in-house training classes and seminars offered by the different Real Estate Associations.
He brings over 30 years of experience in Business and Customer Service Management with a Fortune 500 Company, and is an Enrolled Agent Tax Professional for the past 15 years. He is a Certified Short Sale Specialist and a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Ft. Lauderdale, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
