I am the assistant manager at Keller Williams in Westwood. I would be happy to speak with you on the phone in depth to answer your question. We offer a full training class for new agents, in conjunction with ongoing training for specific fields to expand your knowledge. We also offer either a mentorship or coaching program. The coaching program is more independent and involves a coach to motivate you and keep you on target, while training you along the way. The mentorship program is where you work with an agent like me, who gives you buyers and seller to work with in a partnership setting. This is a hands on program to help you learn by doing.
