Prior to opening RPMiller & Associates, Inc. Reba was Director of Cooperative and Condominium Sales for a distinguished 65 year old firm where she successfully converted over 20 buildings from rental to cooperative or condominium ownership. A pioneer in prewar building conversions, in 1985 Reba quickly built a niche on the upper east and upper west side of Manhattan along the Gold Coast corridors of Park, Madison and Fifth Avenues as well as helped a new development project in 1995 during the revival of the Lincoln Center location. While functioning as an owner's representative, she collaborated with attorneys and brokers on many domestic and foreign sales. She built a strong relationship with developers and buyers alike; trusting her honesty, market knowledge and vast experience in negotiating, renovating, and problem solving. Reba recently marketed and sold out 985 Park Avenue as part of a venture with Partner Barbara Fox. Currently, she is appointed the marketing and sales agent for 23 Sponsored Units at Morgan Court Condominiums located at 211 Madison Avenue at 35th Street. Her accomplishments also impressed the media. She has appeared on CBS Market Watch as an expert on Landlord matters,on WEVD AM Radio as a 'Real Estate Talk' expert panelist on NBC, Romanian TV and Chinese TV. Most recently, Reba initiated the idea of bringing 40 developers together under one roof and worked with the NY Observer who sponsored the Event for Manhattan's first New York Developer's showcase that over 2300 people attended...this was such a success that the plan to implement in the Fall of 2008 is already beginning. Always creating, Reba started her own company in 1998. Reba remains actively involved in all aspects of running her boutique operation. Whether it be high end sales or rentals, lower priced coops/condos, or rentals, all of her clients receive the same respect and energy. She often oversees the deal making process with her own agents, providing a hands-on approach to all transactions so that both buyers and sellers to acheive proper representation. Reba is involved in virtually every facet of the deal, from contract preparation, renovations, combining apartments, advertising and marketing. Her worldwide clients include Texaco, Chevron, Loropiana, large corporations investment bankers, world wide clientele from Italy, South America and the like. Outside of her firm, she helped create a Task Force that implemented important changes at the Real Estate Board of New York, and she often lends a helping hand or provides advice to her broker peers. Reba has worked on the Technology Committee for ResidentialNYC.com and served on the Ethics Committee. She presently serves as an elected co-chair for the Interfirm Forum for the Real Estate Board of New York. Despite over 24 years in the field, Reba retains the same enthusiasm for real estate as when she first broke into the industry. She was awarded Third Place in the Real Estate Board of New York Deal of the Year competition. She has contributed to articles in the New York Times, Crains, New York Observer, Real Estate Weekly, New York Magazine, New York Post, On the Avenue, Haute Living et al. She is also one of the best Tennis players in the real estate community and won two bronze medals in the Pan American Maccabiah games held in Mexico City in 1999.
