I love Real Estate. I am very passionate about my job and every morning I wake up I am actually happy and excited to go to work. Not a lot of people have that, so I feel truly blessed. I don’t want you to mistaken for it to be easy. It is absolutely not. It’s actually, believe it or not, hard work. If you think Real Estate is about showing couple of houses and then getting paid huge commission after which taking a trip to Paris for three months… – that’s wrong. Real Estate, especially nowadays, with the process being more and more transparent and buyers and sellers being savvier than ever is about being an expert; being knowledgeable about market, area, inventory, prices, transaction process and of course human relationships. It’s about doing your homework ( constantly ), educating and informing your clients and being able to smoothly go through the process of buying or selling a home till the deal closes.
I live in beautiful San Diego and proud to say work for one of the most amazing real estate offices in California and USA, Prudential California Realty. I have learned rapidly during the last year, working side by side with top producers and real estate geniuses like Newman & Newman Team, Ray & Scott Finn Team, Ann & Dale, Ken Kaplan, and Tom Holmes. I have the most experienced, professional and kind manager Delton Garcia and a wonderful mentor Jeannie Thomson. All these people together with my work, drive and dedication have added tremendously to my growth as a Realtor.
I am happy to say that I have worked with countless clients, from first time home buyers, to people who search for second property, to investors. I am also a member of SDAR, ( San Diego Board of Realtors ), which differs from regular real estate agents.
