Ray Akers is a gifted Realtor. Ray has represented my interests as both a buyer and seller of Seattle real estate for over two plus decades. I know personally of his integrity. I have profited from his incredible level of creativity, experience and comprehensive knowledge of real estate. Ray communicates superbly both verbally and in the written word. His creativity has paid off for me many times... he presents solutions to problems quickly and so creatively that I am sometimes jealous of his intellect and abilities. I've worked with Ray for years and I have to say I wish he were national and not just in Washington. Ray was born to this. He is knowledgeable, caring, resourceful and very very patient. He spent a lot of time with me when I needed it and never did I feel rushed or that I was a bother to him. And I have been more than delighted by the results. I would recommend Ray to anyone, buyer or seller, if you really want someone that's working for you and your best interests, you can't beat Ray Akers. You'll always feel like you have a friend working for you, not just an agent.
