MY REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE;
1972 to 1979: Involved on full and part time basis of family owned concrete construction firm, specializing in concrete redevelopment in Northeast Pa metropolitan areas.
December 1980 to Januarv 1988: Full Time Realtor Associate - became multi-million dollar sales associate. Began personal development of skills to operate, manage, and train agents in an active real estate environment.
February 1988 to August 29 1995: Associate Broker/ Sales Manager for larger franchised and independent real estate companies. Responsible for development of office layout, recruiting, development of localized training and education programs including: direct participation in planning and implementation of Buyer Agency education to the local market.
September 1995 to Januarv 31, 1996: Purchased the Buyer's Resource franchise in December 1995 with my partners and long standing co- workers Richard and Terri Kerr. Created and developed operational and educational systems based on research compiled from National, state, local, franchise, and personal background.
February 1996 to Present :Opened Exclusive Buyer Agency Franchise company as President/ Broker; a consumer oriented firm that contractually works only for real estate buyers.

Most definitly. They're both in PA but about 100 miles apart. From Winona Lakes in Monroe County in East Stroudsburg 18302 to Lake Wynonah near Auburn PA zip 17922 in Schuylkill County. - Mon Jun 16 2008, 13:17

Both communities located off route 209 North of Marshalls Creek Pa offer many attractive features and ammenities that provide recreational activities while maintaining convienience to shopping, movies, skiing, waterparks, National park lands and many more features that are great for raising children as well as providing plenty of recreation for adults also. Some quick statistics on the average 3 bedroom home in both communities based on Pocono Mts. Association of REALTORS MLS is as follows: Winona Lakes currently has 26- 3 BR homes on the market ranging in price from $124,900 to $269,900 with an average list price of $177,869 . The current information for a 3 BR home in Lake of the Pines shows 14 homes on the market ranging in price from $143,000 to $289,900 with an average list price of $217,693. The growth of commercial resources and continued growth in an area have made these areas (along with others) desirable homesteads for many over the years. Do your reseach , weigh the pluses and minuses and hopefully you will also see the benifits of living in the eastern Pocono Mountains area. - Sun Jun 1 2008, 09:50
