I'm sure there are covenants for your subdivision as most developed subdivisions have attached restrictions. If you have an active homeowner's association, you can ask one of the association executives if there is a copy. In order for all covenants to be effectively enforced however, they must all be filed with the county in which they apply. You can call the Chancery Clerks office in Tupelo for further information on how to obtain a copy of the covenants for your subdivision.
