About Rainey Delotell
I have been licensed in Ohio since 1986 as a real estate agent and in Kentucky since 1999. Since 2001 I have consistently ranked in the top 10% of Realtors in Northern Kentucky, based on sales volume. My executive level background has provided me with the tools needed to be successful in the real estate industry such as commitment to customer service, strong administative and organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written skills, attention to detail, ability to successfully negotiate and compromise and a clear understanding of successful marketing techniques. I am a member of the following organizations: 1) National Association of Realtors 2) Kentucky Association of Realtors 3) Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors - member of the Grievance Committee since 2006 4) Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service - chairperson of the MLS Enhancements Committee since 2007 5) Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service I am actively involved in animal rescue and, following every successful closing a donation is made to both a local animal rescue group and to the Childrens' Miracle Network, helping ill children throughout the United States. I was employed in the airline industry for more than 25 years and consistently promoted throughout my career. Prior to my retirement, I served as Regional Director of In Flight Service, responsible for the performance of 7800 flight attendants and a staff of more than 200 managers, supervisors and administrative personnel. My region consisted of New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, Orlando and Miami. That assignment was then followed by a promotion to Vice President of In Flight Service for Delta's subsidiary airline, headquartered in Cincinnati.
