"* Highly likely to recommendSold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $1025k in La Jolla, La Jolla, CA. *Tracie & Ryan helped us to sell our starter home & purchase our lifelong home. They were fantastic at researching the area for our listing to know the best range to sell for. We accepted an offer that was in line with our expectations. On our purchase it was a competitive bid situation and their negotiating and personal touch made the difference in us winning the process, even for less than other bids were submitted. The ability to browse listings online through their website, contacting them via phone, text & email and the personal touch when looking at properties made the whole experience an enjoyable one for me & my wife. "*- Highly likely to recommendBought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $975k in Point Loma Heights, San Diego, CA. *We met Tracie and Ryan at one of their listings and were so impressed with their level of professionlism and energy, we asked them to assist us with our search for a home in San Diego. They helped us to realize what it was we were really looking for in a home, unlike the typical haphazard runs to go see everything that came up on the market week to week. Tracie got us out of Escrow on a first bad choice, without getting burned, so we could go on to find the house we actually bought. Truly professional service."

"* Highly likely to recommendBought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400k in Redwood Village, San Diego, CA. *It feels good to call Ryan and Tracy our agents! They recently found us our house, and I have to say that I have zero regrets! We told them what we were looking for as far as quality of life goes, and they thoroughly searched the San Diego market until we found exactly what we were looking for! They negotiated a "screaming deal" for us and we could not be happier! They also provided us with a solid contact for financing, which also was a pleasant experience. When it was all said and done, they even helped us find renters for our condo that we moved out of when we moved into our house.Awesome experience!"

"* Highly likely to recommendBought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $550k in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. *My wife and I relocated to San Diego from across the country and were very interested in buying a home in coastal San Diego. Many factors were working against us, including being new to the area, it being our first home, and the turmoil in the real estate market, but Tracie & Ryan's market knowledge and progressive approach to buying real estate helped us find our perfect home in Pacific Beach. Over the better part of a year, they helped us consistently see properties in our price range, advised when we should walk away from some short sales, and were upfront with us regarding true value of potential properties - especially important given the market conditions. They were more than accommodating and very "on-the-ball" when it came to getting into new properties day or night or weekends or holidays. They came highly recommended from a close friend, and needless to say, we weren't disappointed."

"I understand that when the topic comes up, everybody seems to have "a guy". Everyone knows a tax guy, an insurance guy and a real estate guy. Let me tell you about Ryan and Tracie, who helped us buy our house. I hate to sound like a salesman, or for you to think that all I am doing is sending him business, but I learned a lot in the 2 years since I started talking to Ryan and Tracie. I met them in 2005, by the way, when nobody had time for us because houses were selling like bread fresh out of the oven, and all I want is to pass it on to whoever is willing to listen. You know me, I rarely talk, but when someone gets me going on a subject, I can't stop. Ryan at ProFund
http://www.profundrealestate.com is awesome with the numbers. He's not your typical loan agent working interest rates for you. He is of a different mentality. The guy has his MBA and has more of a finance/financial management background. Ryan was able to literally free up about $400 per paycheck by modifying numbers like tax bases and 401k contributions. If you are doubting whether you could afford a house or not, believe me I know you can. All you have to do is get down to dissecting the numbers the old fashioned way...conservatively, but creatively as well. Tracie helped us find the house. She has a real good eye for properties and was able to quickly understand exactly the type of home we were looking for. She also helped us with the part that most people don't realize is the most important part, the legalities and contract of the purchase. We bought from a "for sale by owner" seller who was pretty close to being under on his house. He owed pretty much what the home is valued at, so Tracie and Ryan were able to find different ways to swing the deal our way. I think you are making a good choice in considering to buy a home. I am sure most of the sellers you will come across are people who bought too high in 2004-2006, owe the entire purchase price or more (because they refinanced and took too much money out). All of this does nothing but favor you, and of course the fact that a lot of people can't buy anymore because those low-interest rate mortgages that were abused for so long are no longer available. Ryan got us a good CAL-FHA loan that allowed us to afford that house we bought at a fixed 30-year rate with our closing costs and their commission paid by the seller. Lastly, really, lastly! It was easy to buy a home a couple of years ago (if you could afford it), because it was "put your offer in now, and make sure it is higher than the one the 15 people in front you put down". But the way things are now, in a down market, you really need to pay attention to little details, not only with the loan itself, but with the contract and other legalities. And of course, you need to negotiate and bargain like there is no tomorrow. Anything is negotiable, the price, the appliances, the warranty on the spa and appliances, and even the cash needed for necessary repairs. This, in a large nutshell, is what my experience with Ryan and Tracie was like"

I feel that buying a home can be an overwhelming task unless you have someone helping whom you can truly trust. It is nice to have a professional team guide you through the purchase of a home, and situations that may arise months later. We appreciate your advice and time spent on our questions regarding HOA's, refinancing investment property, and more. Thanks for going above and beyond the call of duty. We know we can count on you for any real estate transactions in the future.-John Matanguihan & Susan Rosa"

"To put it simply, Ryan and Tracie were wonderful in servicing our loan when we bought our house.Ryan was very thorough and detailed in explaining which program would best suit our financial situation. They were very prompt and kept in touch throughout the whole process while our house was in escrow. Just wish I knew them when I refinanced my condo a few years back. We would definitely go back to them if/when we ever need a loan again and very highly recommend them. Thanks again guys for a job well done and keep up the great work!-Majeed & Waheeda Noor"

"ProFund Real Estate was a fun and easy company to work with. Ryan and Tracie really took the time to understand what we were looking for and to show us a wide range of options in our price range. They clearly have a thorough understanding of the San Diego real estate market and helped us to find a great deal on our home. We look forward to working with them again in the future!-Lauren Boschetti & Brian Mancuso"

"Working with Ryan and Tracie at ProFund was easy and hassle-free. They were on top of their game when it came to getting us the best rate when we were looking to refinance our home. They looked at what we had at the time, which was okay but got us more than what we had hoped for. Their knowledge and wisdom about the real estate business is first class, they are try professionals. If you are looking to buy a house or refinance the first place to go is ProFund, you know you'll get ProFessionals working for you.-Dan and Melissa Staberg"
