She will answer your questions ...and if she can't answer them right there and then on the spot she will get back to you ASAP with the answer. Penny is a very personable and very friendly Lady. When I first met Penny, I was brand new to Las Vegas drawn here by the construction boom and looking to buy my first home. I was very fortunate to have Penny as my realtor because I was new to the home buying process and even worse had no idea what part of town I wanted to live, or what I was really looking for. In short I was real eager but needed my hand held through the whole process. It was Penny's job to listen to me change my preferences almost daily as to what I wanted. The more I looked the more I wanted in a house and at the same time I was on a tight budget. Looking back I have to laugh. In my mind I wanted everything for nothing which I guess constitutes a smart buyer, but I wouldn't want to deal with me. Out of the 60+ homes we looked at I ended up with 1 in my top three which all three were way more of a house than I ever dreamed of. I got everything I wanted (listed above) and then some. More than anything I would recommend Penny because she is patient and wants to see you get the home of your dreams or in my case the home I came to dream of after dragging her all over Las Vegas Valley, literally.
