My question to you is why would you wait to buy a home?
Taking all conditions into consideration a buyer has everything on there side right now. Possible tax credit when they buy or sell, great interest rates and a huge selection of homes that are in a position to bargain.
Latch onto a REALTOR and start the process by obtaining a mortgage preapproval and don't forget about the long term benefits.....IT IS YOURS. You can decorate it or improve it and the money you spend on it is invested in your own home.
It would be a great Christmas present!
