"Patty, Jennifer was so excited she couldn't sleep last night, so I wanted to pass on what she told me this am. We were still in the works for the TV show My first Home and if you remember she was so excited about it because we had been looking for 9 months for a house. When she got the call that we were being considered, all she thought was that it would help us find a home faster. But when we ran into your bio on Trulia and you two connected she was a bit cautious after working with another agent/friend that it might be the same problem. She was looking for properties and watching the posts and liked how you answered. Politely but knowledgable. You two hooked up and we had an offer on a house 2 weeks later. After 9 months of looking. And 3 weeks later moving in. We both want to thank you for all the time you spent with Jennifer, looking every day and giving us your full attention and experience to get us into our new home.
