My team recommends Reliable Home Inspection. This company has always done a wonderful job for our clients. They offer pre-listing inspections, water testing, septic inspections, & wood destroying insect inspections in addition to the standard home inspection -- plus there are reduced rate packages for customers who desire more than just one of these inspections. The inspections are very thorough and the reports include digital photographs & are given to the customer on a cd and sent to the realtor via email in .pdf format. Reliable's staff are very courteous and aware of the time sensitive contract dates that must be met. They also offer a reduced rate to buyers who are purchasing a home that has had a Seller's pre-listing inspection with Reliable. http://www.ReliableHomeInspection.org.
