Dear Buyer, RealtyTrac gives misleading info to consumers. There is nothing for sale at Panama City Beach for that price other than a vacant lot on Shell Island. RealtyTrac reports numbers from sales of years ago and lures people in that manner. What exactly is it you are looking for?
