"Pamela was helpful, knowledgeable and overall a great agent to work with. She provided excellent customer service, helping us close on a short-sale house in an unheard-of 30 days. She promptly responded to our voice and e-mail messages and was available whenever we had questions, even if it was 9 p.m. (or later).
