When we decided to purchase a home in Florida, we thought it would be a daunting and challenging journey. Working with Isabel proved otherwise.

Isabel's knowledge of the neighborhoods in Port Lucie County really helped us in getting familiar with the area quickly. When we went for a viewing, it was not only our first time seeing the house in question. It was our first time in that
particular town! We did not know our left from our right. But by having Isabel with us, we felt like we knew the area already.

When we finally found a property we liked, Isabel made sure that we knew everything there was to know about the property. She went and checked the property thoroughly
before we put in an offer. Her expertise helped us in understanding the fair market value of the house and later on in determining the offer price. Isabel also made sure
we were aware of any problems with the house, if there were any repairs required, or if there were any parts of the house that did not comply with the building code. This
alone saved us from a lot of unwanted surprises down the road.

And the positive experience we had did not stop there. Isabel was willing to go the extra mile in helping us out: from finding us a home inspector, getting us an estimate for repairs, to giving us her personal recommendations for local electricians, plumbers, contractors and a lot more. At no point did we hear dismissive suggestions such as 'you can find them in the local paper' or 'just go to Home Depot'. We have been using some of the services recommended by her and so far, all have been more than satisfactory. She even drove my other half
to the water department so he wouldn't get lost trying to find it.

All in all, it was a smooth process throughout and we are very pleased with our decision to choose Isabel as our agent.

I was referred to Isabel from a family friend/mortgage broker and she assured me that she would take great care of me. Isabel was the first agent I spoke to and knew I was in good hands. At the time I was very pregnant and pushed for time and Isabel went above and beyond all measures to get me in the home I wanted. I was clueless on every aspect of buying a home and she took the time to explain and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting into going into a short sale. No matter time of day she always touched base with me and kept me informed throughout my buying experience. I can't believe I ran out of characters but I will end by saying this, Isabel is THE BEST!!
