Having grown up in the world of real estate, real estate sales came naturally. Using her natural ability, classroom and real life training Padgett became a successful, service oriented realtor. Padgett started in the business as an assistant to Kelly Price while attending Rollins College. After training with Kelly she moved into commercial real estate and worked for the world wide commercial brokerage, CB Richard Ellis. During her time there she took and passed all of the core Certified Commercial Investment Manager classes at the CCIM Institute. From there she spent several years learning the other side of residential sales, lending. She understands the lending challenges a buyer will face and is well prepared to help her buyers avoid any such complications. Returning to her roots in residential, she was the first agent to hang her license with Kelly Price & Company. Padgett chose Kelly Price & Company not because Kelly taught her the business and she owed Kelly for her investment but because Kelly's vision and dedication is similar to her own. The company's motto integrity, loyalty, and unwavering enthusiasm might as well be Padgett's motto too. Excellent service is a priority to Padgett. As a contributing factor to providing excellent service Padgett believes in education and continual training. She is currently working on earning the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation. A few years ago Padgett earned her Florida Real Estate Broker's license. While it isn't necessary, she thinks that continued education is important. Now operating as a broker associate for Kelly Price & Company she continues to meet and surpass her client's expectations.
