Tall order to find something that meets your exact criteria.
By making a few adjustments, you may be able to find smething suitable.
For example, if you select 3 bedrooms/2 baths --- you'll find there are 13 homes available, ranging from condos, duets, townhouses and detached sngle family homes.
One of them is 4 bedroom/2 bath house with 1965 sq ft for $474K
A detached single family home with 4 bedrooms/2 baths with 1711 sq ft is back on market for $429K, but it was built in 1965 sq ft.
If you want something only 10 years old, the only thing available is a townhouse with 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths, 1960 sq ft for $499K
If you haven't engaged a realtor yet, may I suggest that you do and then sit down with the realtor, have him/her pull up what's available in your price range, review each one....you may be surprised that you'll adapt your criteria depending on what the properties offer.
Doing so gives the realtor an opportunity to observe first hand what appeals to you. And the two of you can discuss what amenities are important to you, what you like, what you don't like, etc.
