I have all of the technologies in place to help you find a property or flat that you would like to purchase and show you virtual tours and host online meetings so we can review documents together. I can help you find the property you would like, assist you in securing financing if needed, and help you with finding any vendors you may need to take care of your property while you are out of town. Many international buyers are not aware of how our system works with the Agents in the USA. Just a reminder, I can show you ANY property or flat in Northeast Florida. I do not just put a sign in the front yard and list your home on the MLS. With more than 80% of buyers are looking for their next home online before contacting an agent, your home needs to be seen.
