Ocean Shores, WA...what a great place to live and invest at the Beach! This city has 23 miles of interconnecting fresh water Lakes and Canals; Parks with tennis courts, ball fields and boat launches onto Duck Lake; 18-hole Golf Course with Driving Range; the Community Club's Bayshore Clubhouse with an indoor pool, gym, basketball court and much more; the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino; many hotels, restaurants, arcades, fun centers, and shops in Downtown; a small Marina with a boat launch into Grays Harbor Bay; and let us not forget the reason for it all....the BEACH.
Enjoy free, unfettered access to our 6 miles of sandy Beaches and Jetty with access paths and streets to walk and drive onto the Beach. Other activities include boating, kayaking, crabbing, clam digging, fishing, tennis, Community Club activities, yearly events at the Convention Center, beachcombing, and much more.
This is one of the last affordable and developed areas on the West Coast, with water, power and sewer hook-ups in the street. There is a wide variety of properties available....from interior homes and building lots, view homes and lots, waterfront lots and homes, commercial land and buildings, timeshares, and condos. You would be amazed at how affordable we are.
And there is more than just Ocean Shores....the North Beach area extends from Ocean Shores north along State Route 109 passing through the small towns of Ocean City, Copalis Beach, Pacific Beach and Moclips.
These are just some of the reasons I moved here in December 2003. I was born and raised in Southern California. I graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a B.S. degree cum laude in Applied Mathematics. I have been a real estate agent/broker in Ocean Shores since September 2004, which has given me a lot of experience working with properties at the Beach.
I earned the 2005 Grays Harbor Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year Award, many company awards for closed sales/production, as well as being part of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.
I have completed courses to earn the national recognized Certified New Home Specialist™ (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified™ (RCC) designations to further my specialty of working with new homes. In November 2008, I passed the State Broker's Exam and earned my Managing Broker's License. In December 2010, I earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist™ (CRS) designation, thereby furthering my real estate education.
I am glad to be a part of Coldwell Banker Ocean Shores Brokers with its great location...in a large building across the street from the gates/entrance into Ocean Shores.
