The best way for me to answer the question is to get more info on your home. Oddly enough that answer can vary in so many ways. Number of bedrooms, baths and sqft would be a great start and then I would need to know where it is located. There are many factors that go into pricing a home. I would be glad to talk to you about the answer to your question. In fact, I would like to have that talk with anyone in the Louisville, KY or surrounding counties area that wants to price a home right for sale.
